It includes only three digital products and 1,000 customers (Kajabi counts communities, courses, podcasts, or coaching programs as single products). So, to make the best use of the limited quota, your courses should be high-ticket and won’t demand many customers to reach your aimed profit.
If you’re thinking about a community as a product, you can only have up to 1,000 active members at a time. So it’s best to offer another digital product alongside (like a course) instead of just a standalone community.
But one of the most valuable uses of this plan is to create a paid or sponsored newsletter because that way you can have up to 10,000 contacts.

The Growth plan is Kajabi’s most popular plan, offering the best value for most online businesses.
Starting at $159/month when paid annually (or $199/month for monthly subscriptions), this plan only costs around $50 more than the Basic plan, but it offers much more in value. You can set up advanced automations, remove Kajabi’s branding from your site (not completely), and grow your business using affiliate marketing.
With only 15 products, the Growth plan is still tight with its quota but you’ll be able to offer a more diverse set of products.
Kajabi’s Growth plan has 2.5x the contacts quota (25,000) and 10x the customer quota (10,000) of the Basic plan. So, it makes sense to upgrade from the Basic plan as soon as you can afford to.

Kajabi’s Pro plan starts at $319 per month when paid annually (or $399/month for monthly subscriptions) and it provides the best that Kajabi offers. This plan has everything on the Growth plan plus a custom code editor.
With generous customer and contact quotas, there are few limits to your business growth. The exception is the 100,000 newsletter contact limit, so if it’s growing fast, you’ll likely have to purge your contact list regularly to stay within them.

There are two major factors to consider while choosing a plan on Kajabi: the size of your business and the diversity of your digital products. Here’s a breakdown of ideal user scenarios based on those two factors.
Choose the Basic plan if:

- You need a valuable email service to support your small business.

Kajabi limits some branding options, but it ensures a fast setup of a professional client interface.
When it comes to branding, Kajabi’s website builder isn’t up to the level of Wix and top WordPress themes. However, its pre-built templates make it easy to set up a professional website all on one platform, without the distraction of design details.

In the end, Kajabi’s creators have positioned it as an all-in-one platform. So, the platform is most valuable to those who use most—if not all—of its tools.
If, for instance, you already have a large following on social media, Kajabi’s email marketing tools won’t provide the highest return on your investment. As an alternative, you can consider community platforms, such as Skool or Mighty Networks.

You can only have one custom domain on Kajabi’s Basic and Growth plans. For the Pro plan, you can have up to three websites with different domains for each.
You can have up to three courses on Kajabi’s Basic plan, 15 courses on the Growth plan, and 100 courses on the Pro plan. However, these are the product quotas on each plan, so you’ll need to offer fewer courses if you want to monetize other products, like podcasts and communities.
